In terms of skinning, Facebook isn't like Bebo or Myspace. You can't select themes. It has a simple and consistent design that every user has. Some people credit this to part of their success. I must admit I have seen some pretty ghastly Myspace page designs. With that out of the way what can an avid customizer do to skin their page? This article will look at options for Facebook skins.

Well if you can't skin Facebook, what are my options? Well you can't change your layout like you can with Bebo, or Mysapce, but there are some customizations which you can do. The first is Facebook expressions (google it). This is a simple customization that adds a personal panel to your profile with a small design element about it.

The 2nd is to use a browser plug-in. This will change the skin of the site as it appears on your site, but not for others. So, you can look at your profile in all it's coolness, but others won't see it.
